Real estate crowdlending is a collective financing model in which multiple investors lend money to a real estate developer and receive a fixed agreed return, secured by a property.

Unlike traditional crowdfunding, you do not buy a share of the project: you lend capital at a defined interest rate over a clear term, typically between 12 and 36 months.
